Mr. Goldberg has been involved in various facets of the real estate industry since 1988. From January of 1991 to November of 1993, he worked as an independent contractor for McCarthy Appraisal Service of Randolph, Massachusetts. He is a Candidate Member of the Massachusetts Board of Real Estate Appraisers and a member of the National Association of Real Estate Appraisers.

Mr. Goldberg is a 1987 graduate of Union College, Schenectady, New York, were he received a bachelor's Degree in Economics. His senior thesis was comprised of an in depth study of the "External Forces Affecting Real Estate Value."

Following his graduation from Union College, Mr. Goldberg began a career as a real estate salesperson for Coldwell Banker/John Drew Real Estate of Centerville and Preferred Properties in Dennis, Massachusetts.
